RETURNS

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund right away to the original payment method provided. Refunds are processed in no more than 5 working days after we have received and confirmed your return, but this time may vary depending on your banking provider.
Note: postage costs are non-refundable and we are unable to cover additional duties and fees charged for international returns.
EXCHANGES
We're happy to offer exchanges on full priced items in unused condition within 30 days of delivery. To start an exchange, send us an email at contact@kyjah.co.uk with your order number and reason for return, and we'll provide you with shipping details and instructions.
Once we receive your return, we’ll get the replacement item shipped out to you right away at no extra cost. If the desired replacement product is not currently in stock, you will be offered to return the item for a refund.
Note: If you're exchanging for an item of higher value, the additional costs will be reflected in the draft order sent to you by our team. If you're exchanging for an item of lesser value, we will issue a partial refund alongside your initial order.
ELIGIBILITY
Please seal the item you would like to return back in the original packaging with any tags or receipts enclosed and follow further instructions provided following your return request.
Items must be in original condition with no signs of wear or damage.
Items must include all original packaging (bags and box).
Include a note detailing your full name, order number and requested returned items.
To avoid running into problems returning your order we advise you to;
Open any packaging carefully.
Save the shipping packaging.
Check you are satisfied with your order before wearing the item.
