I hardly ever leave reviews but I have to on this one, the quality and look of this bracelet is absolutely fantastic, first one I ordered fit but was slightly too tight, ordered a replacement, the replacement was sent out within 2 days, seller is responsive, delivery is fast, quality is impeccable and weight and aesthetic appeal is exquisite

I ordered this bracelet, but unfortunately my original order was lost in transit. I reached out to the seller and he was extremely polite, professional and understanding. He sincerely apologized for the issue and immediately arranged to send me a replacement with express shipping. And as a gesture of goodwill, he also included a ring at no extra cost, which I really appreciated. The replacement arrived very quickly and I was honestly blown away by the quality. Both the bracelet and the ring are very well-crafted, beautifully designed and looks even better in person. You can tell that a lot of care went into making it. I’ll definitely be ordering another one soon. Awesome product and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!
